PRODUCT DETAILS

This candle is unscented. It measures 6″ x 5″.

Cast from an 18th-century Memento Mori, an original hand-carved wooden skull created by French Monastic artisans, this candle is more than a flickering light; it is a meditation in wax. Shaped in solitude, carved in silence, the original relic once rested in the shadowed halls of a monastery, where every breath and echo reminded its keepers of the delicate veil between life and the hereafter. The monks, sworn to contemplation, sculpted it not as a warning, but as a whisper: all things pass – beauty, power, sorrow, self. Each candle is faithfully reproduced from this sacred carving, preserving the fine bone contours, the age-[worn fissures, the serene grimace of eternity. When lit, it burns not brightly, but wisely. The flame dances like a soul in passage, casting long shadows and longer thoughts.

Let it glow. Let it remind. Let it remain.
